Come along and support the 100 plus community groups that give themselves to others.

Market Zone

The Market Zone brings you a range of high quality New Zealand designers attracting local, national and international visitors to the Festival.

Original works from fashion designers, silversmiths, shoemakers, weavers, photographers, printers, potters, painters and candle stick makers gives your Christmas shopping a touch of love.

Young ones can find small price fashion and toys to stretch their dollars into fun.

Delicious food

There is food for every mood: dog and chips, mussel fritters, raw fish, curries and roti, French crepes, vegan treats, Wilderland’s Honey and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, Ali and Melai’s Kebabs and Hansie’s Aloha Shaved Ice are just a few of the treats on offer.

Fun activities

Two stages will bring you live music for free, Larry & Rosie will bring their Funfair rides, James and Debs will set up their mobile Iron Forge, Roman Gladiators are on the field, Flag Forests, House Truckers, Vintage Engine Restoration Club will share their passion and knowledge of their working machines, stay the day and explore the three fields for other fun activities.

Our Animal Farmyard will be there and asks you for a $2 donation for kids to be able to pat and feed their woolly, feathery, furry friends.

More to explore with astrologers, tarot readers, healers, massages and meditators. Support the community group Circus Circool and have a lesson in tightrope walking. This is your chance to have a go at stone sculpting, bongo drumming, face painting, busking and much more.

Love and care for the planet by helping us support Auckland City and our Local Board’s goals towards sustainable city life through adapting Zero Waste behaviours. Use our three bin system separating food and inorganic waste, take home your bottles and cans if you can.

Random Acts of Kindness are appreciated.

We encourage a walk or bike approach but we are also providing parking on site, entering at Elgin Street, if the weather permits. Limited spaces are available at $8 for the day.
