Albert-Eden Business Awards

Show your love for your favourite ‘local’ by voting for the finalists at the Albert-Eden Business Awards.

Now in their second year, the awards celebrate and acknowledge quality, professionalism and excellence for businesses in the Albert-Eden Local Board area.

Local board deputy chair Glenda Fryer is excited to open nominations.

“Last year we had a fantastic response from the community," she says.

"Locals really got involved and backed their favourite businesses to succeed. The awards play an important part in encouraging our locals to buy local."

“We’re really spoiled for choice in the Albert-Eden area. There’s so much quality competition, it’s hard to single out individual winners. It’s great for the community to support and back the local business we have.”

Local board chair Peter Haynes agrees.

"Our iconic character, heritage town centres and commercial areas are great attractions to locals and visitors from overseas and other cities. The awards help local business people to think about how they can make their enterprises succeed even more."
