Did you know we have many wonderful facilities on offer across Upper Harbour for you to make use of?

A refurbishment of the old Air Force Headquarters Building, at Hobsonville Point, has almost been completed, creating several attractive spaces for community use, including a new kitchen for cooking classes or catering meetings.

The Sunderland Lounge, also in Hobsonville Point, is perfect for larger gatherings. This facility is currently undergoing an internal and external refresh so will be looking great very soon.

Albany Hub and Albany House provide modern attractive facilities within the heart of Albany for small to medium-size meetings (up to 80 people). Albany Hub features a large new kitchen suitable for catering meetings or teaching culinary skills.

Albany Stadium Pool has a bookable party room suitable for children’s birthday parties. It has a small kitchenette, so just bring your party food and decorations and make the place your own. Bookings can be made with pool reception staff.

Meadowood House in Unsworth also provides various bookable spaces for groups. The centre also runs various community classes and programmes, including fitness, social, cultural and special interest classes.

At Paremoremo’s picturesque Sanders Reserve, we have a kiosk suitable for up to 20 people. This is a light, bright and modern facility ideal for a weekend gathering. Enjoy the reserve's many off-road riding and walking tracks and check out its amazing hidden gem – the Faraway Tree.

Bookings for the Sander Reserve kiosk can be made by phoning the Upper Harbour Local Board office on (09) 414 2680.
