Our aim for these sessions are to encourage and support females in creating a connection with themselves, others and the environment through skateboarding and wellness. Great for mums and daughters or just good old girl power.

During this introductory session, you will learn the basics of skateboarding i.e how to push, skate and cruise along on your board, alongside some new friends.

All abilities are welcome for good times and hangs however the lesson will be aimed at beginners.

We will also discuss the physical and mental wellness benefits of skateboarding and share how we have benefited from learning to skateboard.

There will be healthy snacks, fun, music, Aotearoa sunshine (hopefully) and all the good vibes you will need to try something new!

Equipment and safety gear is available to borrow on the day or feel free to bring your own.

Cycle and skate your way into summer

From smooth cycle paths suitable for family outings to skateparks ideal for those intent on achieving a bit more air, getting the wheels rolling is a great way to be active.
