Celebrate the canine connection through this carefully curated collection of heartwarming stories about dogs and their people.

This cunningly canine filled program of inspiring dog films is back this year on 14 August, 8pm at The Vic, Devonport.

NZ’s Top Dog Film Festival is filled with delightfully doggy moments of joy and celebration of our beloved canine companions.

The seven short films will introduce you to a love struck street dog from Romania, a globe trotting White Swiss Shepherd, the talented dogs that work in healthcare and the mythical Poop Fairy!

New Zealand is represented on the big screen this year in the 26-minute short Dr Dog, highlighting the amazing story and outstanding work of K9MD in Dunedin as told by their founder Pauline Blomfield.

The program of short canine-themed films share the most entertaining stories about dogs and their human companions, from independent filmmakers from around the globe.
