Join the Papatoetoe Historical Society and the community ranger team on an interactive and educational guided heritage walk through Kohuora Park in South Auckland.

Hear about the past and present history of Kohuora including its geology, Māori and early European settlements, ecology and natural environment.

The site is rich in stories that reflect the past use of the reserve.

Follow the boardwalk through the wetland area, look for and identify native and introduced birds, eels, plants and learn how some of these plants are used even today.
