Fresh from its 2019 world premiere in London, Auckland Theatre Company kicks off their 2021 season with this fiendishly fashionable play at the ASB Waterfront Theatre.

In Two Ladies, by prize-winning Irish playwright Nancy Harris, the first ladies of France and America find themselves alone together in a side room of a conference centre while their husbands cross diplomatic swords down the hall.

Resemblances to Melania Trump and Brigitte Macron are more than coincidental, but that is merely a starting point for this deliciously deceitful pressure cooker drama.

Starring Jennifer Ward-Lealand, Anna Jullienne and Rena Owen as the gritty US Press Secretary.

Do not miss an unforgettable evening of international glamour, high-octane performances and unexpected dramatic twists.
