On Monday 9 May, Auckland Council Pools and Leisure launched Let’s make it fit  a 30-minute fitness programme for busy people who can’t find time to exercise.

Research conducted by the pools and leisure team showed that time is one of the biggest barriers to fitness.

“Let’s make it fit has been designed for people who find it hard to fit exercise into their busy lives,” says Fitness Centre Manager Matt Nash.

“The idea is simple – 30-minute sessions tailored to you and your goals. This is fitness that you can actually fit around your busy schedule, whether it’s before work, at lunchtime or in the evening.”
