If you live near Taniwha Reserve in Glen Innes you will soon be able to have your say on a proposal to exchange reserve land in Harlow Place with neighbouring land owned by the Tāmaki Regeneration Company.
The exchange will improve the reserve’s public amenity by:
- increasing public open space
- improving sightlines and physical access into Taniwha Reserve
- improving the safety of users accessing the reserve by removing the existing Harlow Place access way.
The proposal is supported by Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board. Your feedback will be used to inform the council’s decision on whether to proceed with the exchange.
Details of the consultation are under consideration. Check OurAuckland for further updates.
