Ludo Campbell-Reid, General Manager of the Auckland Design Office was interviewed by Hayley Holt on TVNZ Breakfast this morning about a radical new apartment building development that has no car park for residents and instead has 12 scooter parks, 40 bicycle bays and two shared cars for residents to use.
