Come along to these workshop sessions to explore key philosophies, principles, and processes of Rongoā Māori, traditional Māori healing.

The sessions are led by Kairongoā Emma Haslam, who is of Ngāi Te Rangi and Ngāti Hauā descent. Emma has worked to support Donna Kerridge in her Rongoā Māori practice for the past 10 years.

Join in for one or all sessions, which all have different topics:

  • Thursday, 23 February - Introduction to Rongoā principles
  • Thursday, 9 March - Making Wai Rākau
  • Thursday, 23 March - Hīkoi to the Ngahere for Plant Identification (Meeting location to be confirmed for this session)
  • Thursday, 6 April - Bodywork - Tiwawe
