Caring for someone with a long-term or terminal illness is an act of aroha/love and responsibility. But it can also be exhausting and lonely mahi/work.
Come along to this wonderful and much-needed free initiative by our friends at Hospice West Auckland and connect with other carers in the same waka. Give yourself a deserved break by being in a safe and uplifting space with those who understand exactly what you're going through. You can participate as much or as little as you need to but know that you're not alone.
Every first Thursday of the month except November, from 10.30am to 12pm. No bookings are necessary, just bring your beautiful self. Morning tea will be provided.
