In the early 1970’s Louise Lonsdale-Cooper, then Louise Wilson, a student at Elam School of Fine Arts, photographed, as she saw them, many interesting buildings, people and scenes in Parnell, Auckland’s oldest suburb. Come and enjoy a trip down memory lane at the historic John Kinder House, 2 Ayr Street, Parnell.
On Saturday 28th September from 2pm to 4pm, Parnell Heritage will host the exhibition launch of these unique photographs, taken over fifty years ago. Refreshments will be served.
