Moored at Devonport Wharf is Auckland's iconic heritage steam tug, William C Daldy. The tug worked for the Harbour Board from 1935 till 1977 and later, a preservation society lovingly restored her. The fascinating history of the ship will be displayed on board, and members of the society will show visitors around the ship, which includes the impressive engine room. If weather conditions allow, there may be live steam days!
