Benjamin Work is an artist who lives and works in Tāmaki Makaurau. Work is known for his extensive knowledge of Tongan material culture and iconography housed in museums around the globe.
Benjamin was awarded the McCahon House Parehuia Artist Residency earlier this year. During his time at Parehuia, Benjamin undertook research into local historical narratives and the exploration of new materials.
