NZ Opera creates a ‘Best of Opera’ concert amidst the flowers and foliage of the Auckland Botanic Gardens.
This is the second of two free live opera events for 2025, so whether you’re a fan of opera or just discovering this impressive classical genre.
JUST ANOUNCED: Singers include Joanna Foote, Sarah Mileham, Taylor Wallbank, Joel Amosa, Alfred Fonoti-Fuimaono, with pianist David Kelly and MC Kawiti Waetford.
PARKING: Entrance for free event parking - 177 Everglade Drive, Totara Heights, Auckland, 2105. From the motorway, take exit for Redoubt Road / Manukau This is the Northern end of the gardens, Entrance through the end of Everglade Drive. Follow the directions of signage and our friendly parking crew. Carpark open 4 pm to 9pm Accessibility parking & drop offs only - 102 Hill Road, The Gardens, Auckland 2105 From the motorway, take exit ‘Hill Road’ Some accessibility parking will be provided. Cars will then need to exit via Katote Close.
