Yoga explores the expansiveness of what it is to be human – mind, body, spirit – in a non-competitive practice that allows individuals their own unique inquiry into the fascinating enigma of life.

The hour-long Hatha yoga classes we offer will include warm-up stretching, building to stronger poses, including flow balance and breath focus. Warming down will lead into breath practice, ending with a brief relaxation or meditation. Our practice and practice space is open to beginners as well as more experienced yogis aged 13 years and over.

Penny Hacking completed her Hatha yoga teacher training through Ashram Yoga Auckland. She has undertaken Mental Health Awareness Training and holds a current First Aid Certificate. Penny is committed to learning through yoga and working with like-minded individuals to enhance a greater balance of physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Sessions: Every Sunday between 16 Feb–7 Dec 2025 (except public holidays)

Bookings are essential as we are no longer accepting over the counter purchases on the day.

Condition of participation: please do not register or attend if you currently have any medical conditions, health issues (including injuries, surgeries) or illnesses that could affect your ability to undertake this class safely.
