As part of World of Cultures 2025, we're creating a community recipe book to celebrate the diverse culinary traditions of the Howick Local Board community.
Share your favourite cultural recipes —whether family traditions, home-cooked meals, or special dishes from your heritage. Submit recipes via an online form or in person at Botany, Highland Park, Howick, and Pakuranga Libraries. We encourage you to include a photo of the dish, your family enjoying it, or its place of origin.
The recipe book will be free at participating libraries starting March 22, offering everyone a chance to explore new and traditional dishes.
