Guided by our experienced instructor, this highly sought-after 3-week course introduces participants to a range of woodworking equipment commonly used in our workshop. Whether you're a beginner or looking to upskill, this series will help you build confidence, especially in using power tools and machinery.
Each hands-on session provides the opportunity to work with various tools and equipments in a supportive, friendly environment. Plus, you'll be contributing to the community by creating items that support the work of our community partner, Urban Ark - Manawa Taiao. All materials and equipment are provided.
Booking note: The $250 course fee covers all 3 Saturday sessions, which take place 22nd, 29th March and 5th April 10am-1pm
Location note: When you arrive on site for the workshop, note that WomenzShed shares the same address as Auckland Central Community Shed and Gribblehirst Hub but we are not the same organisations :)
