Aunty's House presents Sketch & Sip: Nokshi Kotha – Embroidered Talk with Sahana Rahman, as part of Auckland Council’s World of Cultures 2025 at Studio One Toi Tū Led by wonderful artist Sahana Rahman, this session celebrates Nokshi Kotha, a Bengali communal embroidery tradition.

Rooted in Sahana’s South Asian heritage, the workshop invites participants to collaboratively stitch on a shared fabric, weaving personal stories and cultural connections into a collective artwork.
