The Pest Free Auckland initiative focuses on suppressing pest animals, pest plants (environmental weeds), pathogens, and marine pests to enable nature to thrive. And planting natives, which helps improve existing habitats and establish new ones.
But it will take hard work from everyone, including volunteers like you, to make it happen.
Conservation groups across Auckland are working hard to protect our native habitats, plants and animals. Make a difference in your local area - find a conservation group near you.
