Personality:
Cairo is a sweet, shy young lady who is slowly discovering her confidence. After six days of support and training, she is already starting to come out of her shell and showing us more of the lovely girl underneath. She adores cuddles, attention and a good treat, and once she feels comfortable, we think her gentle personality will really start to shine. She may need a little time to trust, but she is already showing us that she is ready to learn.
Tamariki – 10+ and dog savvy to help build her confidence.
Cats – Ok with proper intros and training.
Kūri – Friendly. Ongoing socialisation needed.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 3.4kgs. Likely to mature medium to large.
Ideal home:
Cairo needs a quiet, steady home with someone experienced who can give her patient guidance, structure and plenty of positive experiences. She will benefit from getting out and about, meeting the world at her own pace and learning that new things can be fun. A calm, mature dog could be a wonderful role model for her, while older, dog savvy children who can respect her space would be best. With the right balance of patience, encouragement and guidance, Cairo has every chance of blossoming into a confident and wonderful companion.
If you have the patience, guidance and love to help Cairo find her feet, she could be the wonderful companion you’ve been looking for. Come in and meet her today.
