Personality:
Colin Meads is an incredibly affectionate boy who doesn't let a hard beginning doesn't define him. What defines him is the incredible amount of love he has to give. He adores spending time with his people and has a sweet, loving nature that shines through once you get to know him.
Colin has a playful, goofy side and loves having fun, but he also has a touch of that classic Shar Pei stubbornness. He likes to think things through in his own way and can be quite the character, keeping his people entertained with his quirky personality and charm.
Tamariki – 10+ dog savvy kids as he needs confidence building.
Cats – Not yet assessed.
Kūri – Seems more interested in exploring his environment.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 31.9kgs and is fully grown.
Ideal home:
Colin is looking for an experienced home that can continue building his confidence and provide ongoing training and socialisation. Breed experience or a good understanding of Shar Peis would be a bonus. He is a sweet boy who is eager to engage and would make a loving family member.
He has recently undergone entropion surgery to improve his vision and is recovering well. Once his stitches have healed, his eyesight should be much improved, helping him navigate the world more comfortably.
This special boy has so much love to give and is waiting for someone to show him that the best is yet to come 🐾❤️
