Feijoa
One minute causing trouble, the next curled up asleep like an angel... typical Rotti behaviour 😂
About Feijoa

- Female
- Good with children

- Pukekohe Adoption and Education Centre
Personality:
Recently separated from her siblings, this sweet Feijoa is learning how to navigate life on her own and slowly discovering that the world is not such a scary place after all. She can be a little shy at first, especially with new experiences, but you can already see the spark in her starting to shine through as her confidence grows.
Squeaky toys are scary don't ya know, they should absolutely not be trusted, but rope toys and balls are another story entirely! She loves to play, interact, and bounce around with her people before inevitably launching herself into your lap for cuddles and attention once she is all worn out.
Tamariki – 10+ preferred as she is gaining confidence.
Cats – Not yet assessed.
Kūri – Friendly. Further socialisation needed.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 7.7kgs. Likely to mature large in size.
Ideal home:
She is looking for a home with previous dog experience, ideally with someone familiar with Rottweilers or similar breeds who can continue building her confidence through positive training and socialisation. Having another calm, confident dog in the home would help her continue coming out of her shell and show her the ropes, especially while she is still learning that new things are not so scary. With patience, encouragement, and a little reassurance along the way, this lovely girl is going to blossom into an incredibly loyal and affectionate companion.
A sweet little soul with a growing brave streak, just waiting for the right person to help her shine.
