Personality:
This sweet girl is well-mannered and playful, with a fun-loving nature and plenty of energy.

Tamariki – 10+ due to boldness and not always being spatially aware

Cats – Confident cats that can give correction when she gets too much

Kūri – Needs more socialisation as can be rude towards other dogs

Stock/poultry – Not tested

Size – Currently weighs around 25kg and is not expected to get much bigger

Ideal home:
Would be beneficial to go to a dog-experienced home, ideally familiar with her breed. She would suit a lifestyle or working home that can give her space to move and keep her busy to burn off that playful energy. Could suit a home with another canine companion that matches her energy and personality.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:

  • Vet check
  • First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
  • Microchipping
  • De-sexing
  • Registration
  • Bath
  • Flea and worm treatment
  • 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur

Things you need to know:

  • All members of the family  - including dogs -  are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
  • A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
  • We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
  • If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
