Personality:

 

Gecko is playful and curious to explore her environment. She loves a good rope toy to play with and thrives off affection and positive reinforcement. 

 

Tamariki – Kids any age provided proper intro's and supervision.
Cats – Not interested in the shelter cat.

Kūri – Needs socialisation due to age but was happy enough to meet other dogs.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 2.9kgs. Likely to mature medium-large in size.

This sweet little lass is looking for a home that will take her puppy classes and help set her up for success in the future. She is pretty chill and will love spending time with you and going on adventures.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:

  • Vet check
  • First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
  • Microchipping
  • De-sexing
  • Registration
  • Bath
  • Flea and worm treatment
  • 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur

Things you need to know:

  • All members of the family  - including dogs -  are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
  • A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
  • We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
  • If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
