About Makita

  • Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Cross
  • Female
  • Good with children
  • 2 months
  • Can live with other dogs
  • Can live with cats
  • Pukekohe Adoption and Education Centre

Personality:

Makita is the kind of puppy who believes there is no such thing as too many cuddles. Affectionate, loving, and full of warmth, she will happily seek out her people for pats, snuggles, and quality time. She adores human interaction and has a gentle, easy going nature that makes her a joy to be around.

When she is not soaking up attention, Makita enjoys a good play session with her toys before settling in for a well deserved nap. She has a lovely balance of playful puppy energy and relaxed companionship, making her an easy little girl to fall in love with.

Tamariki – Any age provided proper intros and supervision.
Cats – Ok with cats.

Kūri – Friendly. Needs ongoing socialisation.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 4.7kgs. Likely to mature large in size.

Ideal home:

Makita is looking for a home committed to helping her grow into a well rounded adult dog. Previous dog experience would be beneficial, and her new family should be prepared for puppy school, ongoing training, and plenty of positive socialisation. Like all puppies, she will need patience, consistency, and guidance as she navigates the fun and sometimes chaotic puppy phase. In return, she promises endless affection, plenty of laughs, and a lifetime of loyal companionship.
