Personality:

Maple is a gorgeous girl with a heart as big as her puppy-dog eyes. She’s everything you’d expect from a happy, healthy pup – playful, affectionate, and full of curiosity about the world around her.
This little lady has a fantastic food drive and great focus, which makes her a dream for training. Maple is already showing how eager she is to learn and loves engaging with people, especially when treats and praise are involved. With consistency and positive training, she’s going to grow into a very smart and well-mannered companion.

Tamariki – Ok with most kids provided proper intros and supervision.

Cats – Needs further testing.

Kūri – Friendly but needs ongoing socialisation.

Stock/poultry – Stock ok with training. No poultry as she is likely to chase.

Like most puppies her age, Maple is in her fun, cheeky stage – she enjoys playtime, exploring new things, and soaking up love and attention. She’ll thrive in a home that can provide patience, guidance, and plenty of enrichment as she continues to learn about the world.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:

  • Vet check
  • First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
  • Microchipping
  • De-sexing
  • Registration
  • Bath
  • Flea and worm treatment
  • 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur

Things you need to know:

  • All members of the family  - including dogs -  are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
  • A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
  • We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
  • If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
