Personality:
Sweet, gentle, and quietly charming, Nurse is the kind of girl who will steal your heart without even trying. She loves being close to her people and will happily follow you from room to room, hoping for a cuddle or a few kind words. Her adorable little underbite gives her the sweetest smile, making it impossible not to fall in love every time she looks your way.
Tamariki – 5+ and dog savvy while she builds confidence.
Cats – Confident cats ok.
Kūri – Wants to meet but isn't sure how. Needs ongoing socialisation.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 12.8kgs. Likely to mature large in size.
Ideal home:
Nurse is looking for a patient home that will continue building her confidence as she discovers just how big and exciting the world can be. With ongoing training, clear boundaries, plenty of positive experiences, and lots of encouragement, she will continue to blossom into a happy and confident companion who will reward you with endless love.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
