Personality:
Enjoys a good snuggle and being close to her people. She is still learning what toys are but, with time and encouragement, will grow in confidence and learn how to play. She has a gentle nature and is eager to learn.
Tamariki – 5+ due to typical puppy behaviour
Cats – Okay with cats with the right introductions
Kūri – Would benefit from an older dog to help provide structure and guidance
Stock/poultry – Not tested
Size – Currently weighs around 10kgs and is estimated to grow to a large size
Ideal home:
Would suit someone who is committed to continuing her training and socialisation. She is eager to learn and would thrive in a home that can provide guidance, patience, and consistency as she grows.
In accordance with the Dog Control Act 1996, Yeti will be classified as Menacing by Breed and will need to adhere to the conditions attached to this.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
