About Zenyatta

Personality:

 

Zenyatta is a beautiful, happy girl who just wants to play! Her training should be a breeze due her high treat and toy drive, she loves toy play with anyone and everything. 

 

Tamariki – 10+ as she can get a little overstimulated and is learning how to settle.
Cats – Not yet assessed.

Kūri – A bit intimidated but keen to play, needs ongoing socialisation.
Stock/poultry – Not tested.
Size – Currently 14.7kgs and is likely to mature medium to large in size.

 

Ideal home:

 

An active home who is willing to put in the time to continue training, to exercise and to play with her. She is not a pop in the yard and leave kind of dog. She needs connection and play time to really make her happy. Playing ball in the yard with kids is her ideal weekend plan!

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:

  • Vet check
  • First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
  • Microchipping
  • De-sexing
  • Registration
  • Bath
  • Flea and worm treatment
  • 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur

Things you need to know:

  • All members of the family  - including dogs -  are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
  • A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
  • We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
  • If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
