This exciting culinary extravaganza is a public taste testing event. We invite all home cooks, professional chefs and cooking students to our second culinary challenge.
Earlier this year, we launched our Adobo Festival with over 300 people trying 10 adobo variants. This time, we're focusing on lechon, a dish either made with pork or lechon as a way to cook a dish (via spit-roast).
We are proud to share Filipino culture through food. Contestants can win 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for People's Choice Awards or the Chef's Choice Trophy, which will be selected by guest chef judges.
