This workshop introduces you to making harakeke paper surfaces through a simple, accessible process.
Working with prepared harakeke pulp, you will form your own paper surface, creating a sheet that can be taken home and worked overtime.
What to bring:
- 2-3 pieces of fabric (around tea towel size) that you don’t mind getting wet or stained.
- Optional: small materials to embed into your paper (e.g. seeds, fibres, threads, lightweight elements).
