Join us for a whānau friendly native planting workshop in celebration of Matariki!
This special time of year invites us to reflect, reconnect with te taiao, and look ahead with intention. Together, enjoy a kōrero with Alanah from EcoMatters and learn about local native plants, why they matter, and how planting supports our whenua and waterways.
A great way for whānau to learn, connect and grow together. This hands-on workshop also reflects the Matariki value of renewal and caring for the environment. You’ll even get to take a native plant seedling home to nurture in your own garden.
Spaces are limited and everyone’s welcome, so be sure to secure your spot.
This session is suitable for adults and children aged 10+.
We can’t wait to see you there!
