Celebrate the Auckland Moon Festival 2026, one of Auckland's largest multicultural celebrations of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Held over three days at Potters Park, the festival brings together communities from across Auckland to experience traditional and contemporary Asian cultures through live performances, cultural displays, interactive activities and authentic cuisine.

Visitors can enjoy:

  • Cultural performances featuring music, dance and traditional arts
  • The Five Neighbourhoods & Five Cultural Lanes experience
  • Lantern displays and family-friendly activities
  • Hands-on cultural workshops and demonstrations
  • Food stalls offering a wide range of Asian cuisine
  • Artisan market and cultural exhibitions.

The festival is suitable for all ages and welcomes people from all backgrounds.

Getting there:

Potters Park is located on Balmoral Road, Mount Eden and is easily accessible by public transport. Limited street parking is available nearby. Visitors are encouraged to use public transport where possible.
