Recycle old chip packets into emergency blankets for vulnerable communities. In this session we will iron together chip packets to make the first stages of emergency blankets. These will then be sent to the Chip Packet Project to be transformed and distributed to people living on the streets.
This event is part of Adult Learners’ Week, supported by Adult and Community Education (ACE) Aotearoa, the UNESCO New Zealand National Commission, and the Tertiary Education Commission.
