Parnell historian and local Carolyn Cameron reads from her recently published work 'Parnell: A Victorian Tapestry' at Parnell Library.
In keeping with the venue, the selected chapter explores the establishment of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind in Parnell (now Blind Low Vision New Zealand) and covers the early, largely overlooked history of the site.
