Bonus Books to get Aucklanders active

Getting active just got a whole lot easier thanks to Auckland Council Pools and Leisure’s Bonus Book.

There are some great introductory offers aimed at inviting people to try a range of activities that are offered at our participating leisure centres.

Rob McGee, Leisure Manager at Auckland Council, says there’s plenty of options to choose from to help Aucklanders get more active more often.

“Our centres provide more than just laps and lanes. Whether you’re after cardio or resistance workouts, a programme from our qualified fitness instructors, group fitness classes or wanting to join a sports league, our mission is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active; you’ll find something for you at your local centre.”

Auckland Council has 23 pool and leisure centres around the region offering a broad selection of activities.

“We also offer family friendly services with great learn to swim lessons, sports and recreation programmes, before and after school care, holiday programmes and our early childhood education programme Kauri Kids,” he says.

Books are available for download or can be picked up from your nearest centre.
