One of several community museums across the region, Papakura Museum is home to a continually growing collection of photographs, objects and documents which tell the story of Papakura and surrounding districts. A slice of our heritage: Howick Historical Village
Step into the past at this living history museum that lets you learn about Auckland’s colonial period (1840 to 1880). The seven-acre site has a number of buildings and heritage gardens that are a delight to explore. Read more
