About Studio One Toi Tū
Studio One Toi Tū is an inner-city creative hub that hosts studio and exhibition spaces, artist residencies, venues for hire, creative courses and workshops for all levels of experience. Its four galleries are located on the ground floor of the landmark Ponsonby building, with a pop-up event space on the first floor. Studio space is available for hire, offering opportunities for artists, designers and other creative people to collaborate. The centre also has a printing press and room for messy activities, as well as a pottery studio with pottery wheels and kilns. Submissions for exhibitions in the galleries are accepted annually through a call for proposals process. Staff will be able to assist you with any questions you have about the venue and how you can hire the space for your activity or event.
