Te Atatū Peninsula Community Hub - Whare Hiranga Hapori is situated in the heart of the town centre co-located with the library and next to the picturesque Jack Pringle Park. A busy hive of activity, the centre offers a wide range of community activities and programmes from badminton to tai chi, te reo to music classes, and plenty of fun after-school and holiday activities for local youth - digital learning is our speciality in the Creative Lab. The team are committed to growing their community and providing a safe place to connect, learn, grow, have fun and foster community spirit. Drop in and say hi!

Our team

Our venue hire team is available Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6.30pm and Friday from 9am to 4.30pm.

Venue hire

A two-level, multi-purpose community centre with a range of activity spaces, kitchen facilities and a portable stage available for hire. There is plenty of off-street parking and free Wi-Fi. This venue is available for hire from 5am to midnight seven days a week.
