About Te Pokapū ā-Hapori o Ōkahukura (Albany Community Hub)
Te Pokapū ā-Hapori o Ōkahukura (Albany Community Hub) is a multi-functional, accessible, supportive community venue connecting Albany's old and new communities. This vibrant community space hosts a variety of fun and interesting activities for you to join in throughout the year.
Located within the beautiful Albany Domain, the hub is immersed in nature with plenty of parking nearby. There is also a community garden, a community pantry and a book exchange, which is cared for by volunteers from the local community.
Venue hire
The venue has five rooms that can hired for community events, meetings, parties and more. There is access to tables, chairs and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering options.
