About Chickpea:
Meet Chickpea! This gorgeous girl is looking for a home where she can come out of her shell and thrive. She can be shy at first but with a little love and encouragement, she quickly makes herself comfortable in your lap for snuggles!
As Chickpea is still a young pup, we recommend puppy school so she can learn basic skills and boundaries to help her thrive in her new home. Puppy school is also a brilliant opportunity to help Chickpea bond with her new owners.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:
- Vet check
- First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
- Microchipping
- De-sexing
- Registration
- Bath
- Flea and worm treatment
- 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur
Things you need to know:
- All members of the family - including dogs - are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
- A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
- We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
- If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
