Personality:

 

Frankel is one handsome, bouncy and joyful wee man! He is full of energy but settles well when asked and takes ques from you as to when he should calm. He is very people driven and is still learning how to dog.

 

Tamariki – 10+ due to his puppy, bouncy behaviour.
Cats – Not yet assessed.

Kūri – A little hesitant, could use a doggy sibling to learn how to play/interact. 
Stock/poultry – Not tested.
Size – Currently 13.7kgs. Likely to mature medium to large in size. 

 

Ideal home:

 

An active home that love going for long walks and playing fun and enriching games with their dog would be perfect. He needs ongoing training and socialisation like every puppy. He really want's to be part of your life and loves getting out and about exploring the big wide world.

The adoption fee is $450, which includes:

  • Vet check
  • First vaccination (including Lepto and Kennel Cough)
  • Microchipping
  • De-sexing
  • Registration
  • Bath
  • Flea and worm treatment
  • 1-month free accident cover from Pet-n-Sur

Things you need to know:

  • All members of the family  - including dogs -  are required to come to a meet & greet appointment if selected in the adoption process. This includes out of Aucklanders.
  • A fully fenced section or outside containment will be needed to pass a property inspection.
  • We aim to find the best home for each dog, so adopting a dog is not on a first-in-first-served basis.
  • If you are unsuccessful, we will keep your application on file for 6 months or may suggest another dog that is suited to your application.
