Perendale
A quiet little collie cross with soft eyes and a gentle heart… she’s waiting patiently for someone to see just how special she is.
About Perendale
- Border Collie, Cross
- Female
- Good with children
- 1 year and 5 months
- Can live with cats
- Pukekohe Adoption and Education Centre
Personality:
Perendale is a very gentle, loving girl. It seems she has not had the best start to life and while she can be shy, she absolutely loves the people she trusts. She will come in close for cuddles and head scratches slowly turn into belly rubs and upside down antics.
Tamariki – 13+ As she needs to build confident in a calm environment.
Cats – Scared of shelter cat. Prefer confident cats due to breed.
Kūri – Very timid and unsure of meeting new dogs, she would likely be better as an only dog.
Stock/poultry – Untested.
Size – Currently 18.7kgs and is fully grown.
Ideal home:
Perendale deserves a home that will show her the kindness and love she has been missing. Some one with time, patience and understanding to help her learn that there is kindness in the world and rather than shut her away, will slowly introduce her to all the good things in life like, car rides, cafe outings and beach picnics!
A gentle little soul with so much love to give… she’s just waiting for her special someone to help her shine 🐾
