Commemorate those who have passed, acknowledge those who remain, plan for the approaching seasons. Welcome the new year with karanga, karakia, waiata and kotahitanga (unity) at the Matariki Festival karakia on Pukekohe Reserve Hill. Led by our host iwi Ngāti Tamaoho, brave the early morning and join us in greeting Matariki, sharing in the remembrance of those no longer earthside.
