Starting from September the Mothers information (Pregnancy, Labour and Birth ) will be running at Highland Park Library every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, 2.30pm - 3.30pm. If you are interested check out the details below:

Come along to receive guidance and support as you prepare for labour and birth.
This space will provide a range of benefits including:
- The opportunity to meet other mothers.
- Listening to a range of topics about pregnancy, labour, birth, what to expect after your baby is born, and the identify shift we experience becoming mothers.
- Ask questions and receive personalised support.
- Explore curiosities and receive resources without feeling overwhelmed.
- Share and hear stories from others relating to the motherhood journey.
A certified Prenatal Educator, Birth Doula, Postpartum Practitioner and Neurosomatic Therapist, Vanessa Werner has supported women in birth and healing, all over the world.
