Since his 1987 arrival in New Zealand,Paul Ubana Jones has recorded nine albums, been awarded 3.NZ.Music Awards and taken his unique acoustic music and guitar playing to global dimensions.
Touring with such a diverse swag of ‘music royals ‘including: Norah Jones, Taj Mahal, Keb Mo & B.B.King, Bert Jansch, LadySmith, Black Mambasso… and playing at respected festivals in Canada, USA, Switzerland, France and Australia.
Paul still keeps his music vision in perspective and says his calling to music happened when he was aged11 when living in south east London… the journey continues.
