Help Kaipātiki Project form a new volunteer team dedicated to Te Ara Awataha!
Since 2019 we've been hosting events to bring the community together to help revive ecosystems along Te Ara Awataha in Northcote. We've come a long way, and are now at a point where a regular volunteer team will be vital to continuing the mahi that will help these ecosystems flourish and thrive!
Join our new volunteer day, meeting on the second Thursday of every month, starting on the 8th of August, and be part of our new dedicated team that will continue to bring Te Ara Awataha forward.
We will provide ongoing education led by Kaipātiki Project ecologist, and access to all necessary tools and equipment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to:
- Connect with nature and your community
- Gain valuable knowledge in native bush regeneration
- Make a tangible impact on your local environment
This is a great opportunity to connect with the community, and to make a lasting impact in our taiao.
We look forward to seeing you there, and working alongside you!
