It’s Auckland’s 182nd Anniversary and Vector Lights is celebrating with a spectacular display designed by Hokimai-anahera (Ngāti Manuhiri, Ngāpuhi and Te Aupōuri), reflecting on the culturally diverse city we live in today. The show will repeat every 15 minutes from 9pm until midnight.
Vector Lights is a smart energy partnership between Vector, Auckland Council and NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi.
Due to critical maintenance work by NZTA, some of the lights will not appear on the west side overarch of the Auckland Harbour Bridge. Completion of the work is expected by 31 March 2025.
